Product Development
Here at Avid, we provide insight and assistance in every step of the production process. Starting with product development, we allow you to choose from our catalogue of tens of thousands of styles and colours. Our team is available to recommend styles that work best for the type of decoration you’re looking for. If you’re unable to meet with us in our Showroom, you have the option to receive blank samples to get a better look at the garments prior to order placement. This is also the time to discuss custom labelling, such as custom clip labels, neck tags and hang tags. From here, we collaborate, brainstorm & research to ensure that we use the correct garment, design and decoration type to make your idea come to life!
Manufacturing
We offer a wide range of products made from many different countries around the world. Where your item comes from can vary based on your values of ecoconsciousness, type of fabric required and even your budget can play a factor into where we source the items. How your product is made is entirely up to you! You decide how you would like to decorate your item (although we are here to make recommendations), and what you would like to customize. We offer custom neck tags, hang tags, patches and we will even fold and bag the item so it’s ready to sell! We accomplish all of this using all of our amazing resources, some of which include: 8 automatic presses, 550 heads of embroidery, a state of the art digital printing machine, in house sewers and labellers and the ability to package and fulfill up to 20,000 units per day.
Decoration
There are a million ways to decorate a garment. Whether you’re doodling with marker, or bedazzling with jewels, a custom shirt is made to be yours. At Avid, we offer a variety of different decoration types including: screen printing, embroidery, DTG and custom finishing.
Patches
Our richly textured, custom shaped faux leather patches are made of material that offer the look and feel of authentic genuine leather. With ability to be attached almost and area of the garment our patches are highly durable ensuring that your logo looks in stays the way you want it offering our Embossed or Debossed options for production.
Hem Tags
If you’re looking for a finishing element to distinguish your garment, our sewn hem tags offer a unique finishing look that also acquaints your design with a stylish additive. Usually placed around the neckline, collar, sleeve or bottom of your garment our labels are provided in multiple fabric options to suit your preference.
Folding and Polybagging
Let us fold and bag your shirts for you – it helps keep things organized, efficient and clean! If you don’t want us to barcode, no problem- we’ll apply a size sticker onto each bag so you know what’s inside in a pinch.
Hang Tags
Ensure your product is retail ready with custom printed hang tags! We offer a wide variety of sizes, shapes and cardstocks ensuring that you can find one to match your brand’s aesthetic. Custom hang tags are a great way to increase brand recognition and product promotion as well as maintain a consistent brand identity.
Packaging
How your product arrives at a customer’s door is the first impression that your brand makes! We offer blank, generic packaging or we provide custom options if you’re hoping for something more personal and unique. We can help you produce unforgettable boxes, box sleeves or any other kind of packaging that suits your brand. If you’d like to add additional items such as tissue paper, candy or anything else to improve the unboxing experience, we’re happy to help you make it happen!
Stickers
Looking to add a little something extra? Stickers are a great add-on item. We have the ability to print a variety of sticker and vinyl artwork in our facility. For the more elaborate, high volume projects we have great partners who offer a vast range of options from gold foil, to embossed, to glow-in-the-dark!
Polymailers
Custom polymailers are another great way to personalize your orders! It adds a little bit of excitement when a customer receives their merchandise in a unique polymailer. This is a great way to generate brand recognition and create more of an experience for your customers who order online.
